Our Man in Havana by Graham Greene Review
This book is a satire to the US spy missions in Cuba. During the early days of the Castro Regime, the CIA was trying to assassinate him. They also had many contacts in Havana, Cuba. Graham Greene's book seems to imply that the CIA operatives where simply wasting time. The main character is a US guy who was contacted by the CIA. They pay him money for any intel on the Cuban regime. The man is not too into the spy busyness. However, he is not shy about taking the CIA's money. Daily, he makes up phony reports that lead no where. This book is a comedy about the CIA's failures in Cuba. Its not like James Bond never did anything about Castro. Anyhow, this book deserves 5 stars rating. This British situation comedy book is not half bad.
