Aside from being the number of the beast, 666 is the tittle of a new Cuban movie. The movie is about the end of the world. The Devil is coming to Cuban and his followers are preparing for his arrival. Overall, it is a satire of the meetings of the Communist party. Considering the repressions in Cuba, it is surprising that this movie is being aired.




Among the scenes that I found most humoring is the preparation for the Devil foods. Cubans are infamous for their croquettes. Thus, they choose to prepare human croquettes for "his highness". In addition to food, "his highness" required a women to bear the anti crist. Ironically, he required his bride to be named Mary. The girl that his followers chose was a 15 year old virgin girl named Maria de los Angeles. Among her great exploits included robbing and vandalism. Plus, she was cute to boot. 


One of the disappointed Marias asked the leader to help her out. She believed that she was worthy to be the devil's bride. Plus, she did not want to go back to jail. The leader ,annoyed, promise to help her out. As she examined Maria's fat chubby hand, she called her son over... Needless to say, Maria was added to the repertory of human croquettes dishes.

Truly this is a movie worth watching. 666 deserves 5 star rating.
