Angus T. Jones Speaks out Against Two and a Half Men Review

At a certain point of our life, we all become religious. Angus T. Jones' awakening came during a filming of a "Two and a Half Men" episode. He said out loud what we all knew. "Two and a Half Men" is really filthy. According to him, research shows that these bad shows makes people bad. I have seen some psychology research of the sort. You know the one with the clown. Kids saw an adult beating a clown and then they imitated and built upon that abuse. Frankly, seeing the filth of the "Two and Half men" made me wonder a few things. I wondered why that shows was put so early in the day. Sure, 7 PM is prime time. However, it was a bit too filthy for that time.

Much to Angus T. Jones' chagrin, I must disagree with him on a few points. Sure, the show is filthy. However, there is plenty of other smut out there. Honestly, has he ever read the Bible? That Song of Solomon is very hot for being part of the good book. Then again, the fact that it is there means that the Bible is a really good book. I do remember God's mandate, "Multiply yourself and your descendants". How are we suppose to do that without making love. Well, lets put theological debates on the side.

Angus T. Jones, Two and a Half Men, Jake

Angus T. Jones is in his right to call it quits. He had practically grown up inside the Two and Half Men show. Think about it, part of the joke was that Charlie's home was unsuitable for raising children. If you think about it, Angus Jones was indeed raised in that world via his character Jake. The kid has talent, he can play any funny character outside the world of Two and Half Men. His cynical attitude matches well the current vibe of today's youth.

It seems that Angus Jones is going to be kicked off the show. Its interesting to note that the actors are not allowed to speak bad against the show they are producing. It almost seems like a restriction on our freedom of Speech. Those disagreement clauses are no fun at all. Then again, this clause might have been Angus Jones way out. Maybe his parents wanted him to stay in the show indefinitely. I guess he did not want to stay there long enough to make the show about Three Men.

Angus T. Jones, Charlie Sheen, Alan Harper

What I find evil is how some people are calling Angus Jones' faith testimony "Bizarre religious rantings". I think he was in his five senses when he said "Two and a Half Men" was filth. Think about it, he had a drug problem and the Voice of Prophecy Seventh-Day Adventist saved him. Now, he is thankful and pious. It is natural that he would speak out against Two and a Half men. What is wrong with that? A little religion never hurt anyone.  I really do not think he is insane. If you ask me, I think Angus Jones' regained his Sanity via his faith.

I have seen what lack of religion does to people. It creates very bad communists (then again, there is no such thing as a good communist). I am a bit iffy about organized religion. However, a bit of moral fiber is always healthy. Taking things overboard is another issue. I think we should look at this situation like one of those drug problems redemption stories. Jones had a drug problem and the church saved him, like it has saved many other chibis. How is his religiosity insanity? Regardless of how I feel about the show, I think we should take Angus Jones' resolution seriously. He is an adult and has the right to make his own decision. For showing maturity, phistars gives this actor 5 stars rating. Between you and me, I also thought Two and a Half Men was the devil's work. However, that never stopped me from watching the Charlie Sheen episodes. As for his Angus Jones' hair cut, I think he looks cuter without so much hair. You can now see more of his face.
