Magi is quite the change of pace. It re imagines all the stories of the Arabian Nights. I bet they can bleed at least 1001 episodes out of that book. Anyhow, Magi is the second season of Magi - The Labyrinth of Magic. The main character is still Aladdin. He has a magic flute that summons a djinn named Ugo. His magic turban also serves as a flying carpet. Aladdin's other ally is Alibaba. Alibaba joined Aladdin's crew with the hopes of using the djinn to enter dangerous ruins. They became good pals after a while. The third person in their little crew is Morgianna. She is a slave girl that Aladdin freed. Magi continues with the adventures of Aladdin. It is a wonder if they will conquer the world as prophesied by some random djinn they encountered in the first season. Aladdin's crew might this season. Then again, Magi seems just to have Aladdin wondering around the desert. Well, there is still more nights left in this adaptation of the 1001 nights. This cute Magi anime show deserves 5 star rating. I suppose I cannot tell much of this anime show. I never saw the first season of Magi. I am not going to start to make things up. Still, I know enough to rate this anime show to rate it.
