It was said that Bloodborne was easier than Dark Souls 2. The rumors were wrong. Bloodborn is truly one of the hardest games ever created. The character built was quite lovely, if not somewhat sarcastic. The classes included traumatized human and waste of skin.

The good doctor curing the player gives you the Hunter's Mark. It works 100 percent like the Dark Sign. The Hunter is a bit faster than the Undead Warrior. It also takes place in a Gothic Town, during the Victorian Era. The scenery was highly detailed. 

Instead of a bondfire, there was a lantern guarded by the Messengers. The Hunter's Dream also worked like the Nexus from Demon Souls. The First Hunter found in the Hunter's Dream was far more helpful than Framp, from Dark Souls. He tells you were to go.

In the start, the level up system can only be activated by encountering the first boss. This first boss could either be the Cleric Beast or Father Gascoine. In just a few lines, the player discovers all there is to know about Father Gascoine. He is a protestant, Irish priest with werewolf problems. 

The Messengers in the bath provide plenty of items. As the more Hunter Badges were found, the more items were available. The early items were pretty expensive; specially, when the hunter starts with half backed weapons. The character also does not use a shield. 

It is also a think fast game, with a lot of emphasis on dodging. Like in all souls game, Bloodborne does not have a map. A good chunk of the areas kinda look alike. Speaking of chunk, instead of Titanite Chunks, the game has blood chunks. The game has way too much blood. 

The blood and grime tends to stick to the clothing. The invasion and asking for help tend to go smoother. All that the player needs is playing a bell. The whole putting a summon sign is over. Instead of having 50 Covenants, Blood Bloodborne only has tree. 

Becoming a Vileblood is the easiest covenant to Join, with the Hunter of Hunters being the hardest. The Hunter of Hunter required defeating 2 more mini hunter bosses. The Vileblood one is made available after killing Rom. There is also the chance the player angers Eileen the Crow. 

Angering her might come about as a result of using the Red Invasion Bell. Speaking of Bosses, the worst ones were Paleblood, The one Reborn, the Headless Bloodening Beast and the Phumerian Queen. Truly, this HP Lovecraft inspired game deserves 5 stars rating.
