Jules Machard was an Italian painter. He did paintings based history, some portraits and a few mythological paintings. I looked all over the place. I was only able to find three paintings to review. Hopefully, they will be enough to show my readers that Machard is a 5 stars worthy painter. In the first painting, we see a shepherd teaching his kid how to play the flute. Symbolically speaking, a kid playing a flute next to an older guy means that the kid is giving him a you know what job. Aside from that creepy side note, I think the painting is about Emil. Emil was the arch type of the ideal education of children in the forest. There children were supposed to learn moderation. In any case, this lovely painting by Machard deserves 5 stars rating.

In this painting, we see Selene. She is the goddess of the moon. The way she is flying out is really pretty. It cute how her bow looks like the half quarter moon. This cute blondy deserves 5 stars rating.

In this last painting, we see a sleeping Cupid. He has all his arrows all over the floor. Behind him, we see a monument that resembles a grave. This painting shows that love also goes to sleep when the person dies. In any case, this lovely painting by Machard deserves 5 stars rating. I hope that you like this lovely painting review.
