Much ado about Demons
I been wondering a lot about exorcisms services. Do protestants have anti demons measures? I am aware that the Catholics have exorcist tools, but I do not hear much of exorcisms performed by Protestants. I think during ,the split, something was lost along the way. During possession, one needs professional help.
Not just any one can perform an exorcism. If its done incorrectly, one can endanger the life of the possessed and others around it. Horror movies are filled with fact based poorly performed exorcisms. Just because a person is a priest it does not give him the power to exorcize demons.
Those things will not listen to just anyone. One needs an iron will and faith (plus an indulgence from the Pope) to get anything done. Without the proper procedure, one gets tragedy. I have a firm belief that possessions are possible. After all, demons is something that all religions have in common.
Each religion has its own unique anti demon protocol.So, if you cannot get a Catholic exorcist then get a Taoist, a Buddhist or Baballao (Catholism + Nigeria deities) to do the job for you. Then again, exorcism is a matter of faith. The possessed must believe in order for this thing to work. So, I guess if you are an atheist then you are screwed (hahaha). No offense...
Seriously, since when not believing in a bullet ever provided immunity from a loaded weapon? Is for this reason, that I was never a big fan of unbelief. It is important to always keep an open mind (in case the luck scrambles). Eh... whatever! I am not out to convert anyone. I simply want to give you some useful tips on handling demons.
